Becoming a member of HEGEN HK (“Member”), the Member shall be deemed to have agreed to and be bound by all the Terms and Conditions.
HEGEN membership program is governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
The Program shall only be valid within the https://www.HEGEN.com.hk and HEGEN HK experience store.
Reminders of member benefits and promotions will be sent to members via WhatsApp. Members should provide a valid email address, mobile phone number and accurate personal data to avoid missing out on important notices.
HEGEN HK is not responsible for any case of undelivered messages or notifications.
Member Benefit
All Membership discounts are not applicable to discounted and specified items and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts and promotional offers.
Members who registered their birth month shall redeem birthday privilege on their birth month.
Birthday privilege will be distributed in different forms, including but not limited to gifts or offers. Privileges are non-returnable and non-transferable.
Each member is entitled to enjoy the birthday privilege once per year.
The member’s birthday month (the registered birthday month must be the same as the information shown on his/her ID card or passport)
Member may be required to present other identification for verification of their identity when they use their Membership reward.
The registered Information cannot be changed.
Membership privileges offered are subject to these Terms and Conditions, as well as to any specific terms and conditions which may be imposed by the Company.
By submitting the application to become and/or successfully registering as a member of Hegen HK, you agree to be bound by the Terms.
You further agree to provide with us your personal data (“Personal Data”, as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) of Hong Kong) and agree that we may collect and use your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy Statement.
To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claim, demand, liability, or action resulting from your omission, neglect, and/or failure to supply us with your most up-to-date information, or from the accuracy and completeness of the data provided.
The Company has sole discretion in determining, changing and/or withdrawing the Membership privileges and the duration for which they are available.
In case of disputes, the Company reserves the rights of final decision, including suspending, terminating, or changing details and its terms and conditions without prior notice.
The Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail wherever there is any inconsistency or conflict between the Chinese and English versions.
